Irish people love sweets and sweet desserts, biscuits and very sweet cakes. Panna cotta will be the next proposition good to serve at the Sunday dinner.
Looks nice and tasty. We can try. It is a very fast dessert possible to prepare in every kitchen.
What we need to prepare Panna Cotta:
200 ml sweet source cream 30%
200 ml milk
50 g vanilla sugar
2 tablespoon gelatine
50 ml of hot water
What we need to prepare fruit sauce:
200 g strawberries
1 tablespoon honey or vanilla sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
We put 2 tablespoons of gelatine into the hot (warm) water. Gelatine needs time to dissolve.
We put sweet source cream and milk into the pot and start cooking. Next, we put vanilla sugar and gelatine and mixed them with water.
We mix it all, and after a while, when starts cooking and will be a good consistency inside we turn it off. We fill a few small dishes and we waiting when will be cold. Probably, our Panna Cotta needs 2 – 3 hours. Next, we put it into the fridge.
And in a meantime, we prepare fruit sauce. We mix strawberries with honey and lemon juice and it’s ready. We pour our dish before serving.
Good luck and try this. It is simple, cheap and tasty. It is an alternative to the same products from the shop but it is healthy because you know what is inside, all ingredients you control yourself.
